What is Vipassana Meditation
Vipassana meditation is one of the oldest forms of meditation which was rediscovered by Siddhartha Gautama officially known as The Buddha which means someone who has attained enlightenment.
The Buddha taught this very same technique to his disciples , to all the people that came to him to learn.
Practicing Vipassana meditation technique many followers attained Buddha hood.People were seen to be coming out of their miseries and sufferings.
Many centuries after the death of Buddha the technique got lost from India.Meditation was still there but the purity was lost.Something was missing.

Vipassana Meditation Technique Overview
To practice vipassana you first need to practice anna panna meditation.
Anna Panna meditation is a form of meditation in which you observe your natural breath to gain a certain level of awareness or say concentration.
After you have gained a certain level of concentration, you start being aware of sensations in your body.
sensation is any thing that you feel on your body ,it could be sweat, heat cold, pain etc.
You have to watch the sensations without reacting towards it.
Know the sensations are impermanent and just observe them with a balanced mind.
